Real estate listing photo

Real estate listing photo improves the presentation of a real room without turning it into a different property. It corrects perspective, light, and temporary clutter while preserving structure, materials, fixtures, and fixed furniture.

  • photos for property portals and rental listings;
  • dark or tilted interiors and strong colour casts;
  • rooms that need to look tidier and easier to read;
  • a series of spaces that needs a consistent finish.
  • 1 sharp photo of the room or property;
  • a wide enough frame to keep walls, doors, and windows readable;
  • conservative controls: the goal is better presentation, not invented detail.
  1. Upload the original photo.
  2. Choose the lightest correction and cleanup level that solves the problem.
  3. Generate a first version.
  4. Compare lines, materials, doors, windows, fixtures, and fixed furniture with the original.
  5. If a real element changed, lower the intensity or restart from the original.
  • Vertical lines are straight, but the room is not distorted.
  • Colours and materials remain believable.
  • No structural element has appeared or disappeared.
  • Cleanup removed temporary distractions only.
  • The image still represents the property a visitor will actually see.

Reduce perspective correction. Avoid extreme wide-angle inputs or aggressive crops.

Restart from the original with more conservative settings. This mode must preserve what really belongs to the property.

Reduce cleanup and intensity. A good property photo should look carefully prepared, not generated.
