Who we are and contact

tintoret.to is a service offered and developed by Ordito. When we say "we", "us", or "our" we mean Ordito, the company that offers, develops, and operates the Service. When we say "you" or "your" we mean the user of the Service (an individual, or the organization you represent if applicable).

Account and access

Using the app may require an account and login (for example Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it. Access may be limited to specific users (for example invite-only or allowlist access).

The Service

Tintoret.to is an AI-powered image studio. Features may include (by way of example): image editing and generation, variations, compositions, analysis, and prompt tools. Some requests may be blocked by safety policies or provider limitations.

Credits and payments

The Service uses a credit-based model. Certain actions consume credits (for example generation or processing). Costs depend on the action, model, and resolution. Payments are handled by external providers (e.g. PayPal). Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an output is produced, credits are consumed even if a subsequent optional step (e.g. saving to Drive) fails.

Content: Inputs and Outputs

You may submit images and text ("Inputs") and receive generated results ("Outputs"). You are responsible for Inputs and you represent that you have all necessary rights (including copyright and image rights/permissions).

To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your Inputs. Outputs depend on Inputs and may not be unique; other users may receive similar outputs.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate real people in a deceptive way or to create content that could harm others.
• Do not bypass technical limits, reverse engineer, perform abusive scraping, or access unauthorized systems.

AI disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, or unexpected. Outputs are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before any use (including commercial use).

Third-party integrations (e.g. Google Drive)

Some features may integrate with third-party services (for example Google Drive for saving). Those services are governed by the provider's terms and policies. When available, saving to Drive uploads files to resources in your Google account and to the folder you select.

Availability and changes

The Service may be interrupted, maintained, or limited (including for security or stability reasons, or due to third-party dependencies). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal obligations. You can stop using the Service at any time and request account closure as described in the app or by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights (including consumer rights where applicable).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the last updated date. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing law

Subject to mandatory provisions, these Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, you may have rights to bring disputes in the courts of your place of residence, as provided by applicable law.
